    But you feel so helpless because you can't really put it into words but you know there's still that fit, high-energy, full of life woman inside you who looks and feels great... but you just don't have the facts and the real steps to help you bring this woman from the inside out.

   So they starve themselves and go on radical diets with only one objection to LOSE THE WEIGHT.  But once the weight is gone, they never have a game plan for what happens next, and they gain all of the weight back. 
  
  Lots of women know how to lose weight.  They've lost weight before, yet knowing what to do still wasn't enough.

   Obviously, something else is going on here.

  ... But the worst part of it was all that suffering was for nothing because it didn't even work!

    And when none of those worked, I went to  a weight loss doctor who gave me prescription meds and almost convinced me into having cosmetic "fat-melting" procedures (read: dangerous surgery that does not have any proven long-term results).

   I felt out-of-control... like I had lost myself in this obsession with losing weight.

   Did that happen to you? 

   And didn’t you feel somehow that you were fighting against a force that you just couldn’t overcome?  ... No matter how hard you tried? 

   It's embarrassing, but I'll admit it.  I've been suckered lots of times by the "get skinny quick" schemes out there.  

   You know those stupid late night infomercials or those obviously fake before and after photos in magazines... those ads that make you ask yourself, "What sucker would ever buy that?!"

    ... well that sucker was ME.

    And the craziest thing about it was that every time those schemes didn't work, I thought...

   "There must be something wrong with ME."  

   "I have a really slow metabolism."

   "I have really bad willpower."

   "I'm not doing it right."

   ... it never occured to me that it wasn't ME, it was the methods that I was using. 

   My "excuses" were controlling my thoughts and they only made me even more desperate to try anything -- even if it meant risking my health and spending money that I couldn't afford.

   Everytime I turned on the TV or opened a magazine there was some woman smiling in a bikini telling me how EASY it was for her to lose weight.

    Well, why wasn't it EASY for me?

    What was I doing wrong?...

    Why couldn't I lose the weight?...

    Was I destined to be overweight my whole life?

   I was ready to give up and just let myself get fat.  I mean, what was the point of trying so hard for something that I could never have? 

 

Step One: Discover What To
STOP DOING So You Don't Have To Keep Doing The Same Things That Don't Work Over and Over

   If you're anything like I was, when you're desperate to lose weight, and you feel completely confused about what to do, you follow the latest "get-skinny quick" fad diet or pill that all the celebrities and your friends are on...

   Even if the last fad diet or pill didn't work, you keep hoping that this one WILL work.

   But the truth is, jumping from diet to diet and pill to pill never teaches you how to live and eat in the real world... and this is the very thing that makes the problem worse.

    Don't keep shooting yourself in the foot.  Stop right now and think about how this could be true about why you've never been able to lose weight longterm before.

    After doing this for myself, and after a lot of trial-and-error… I was amazed that I actually started to see a pattern.

   Here's what blew my mind when I made this amazing discovery... the exact things I was taught to do – the things I thought I was supposed to do – the things I saw ALL women doing – were the very things that WEREN’T WORKING.

     And now, after seeing all this and seeing how it all works, I know that nearly all women make these same mistakes.

     Once I REALIZED the mistakes I was making, I was able to quickly reverse them, and I started losing weight quickly.  

    The answers were so simple I was stunned – they had been right in front of me the whole time. But since I had been “convinced” to try all kinds of magic pills, exercise fads, good carbs, no carbs (the list goes on and on) I NEVER SAW THEM CLEARLY.   

    I look back on those years when I was desperate to do anything to lose weight and I don't regret them because I needed those mistakes to get to where I am now (but I'm hoping that I can save you from some of that).

    It was through this process of failing time and time again, that I realized that my problem wasn't ME... my problem started with false information.

   That's why I said it's not your fault.  I know it's not YOU.  

   You're not broken -- (that's nice to hear isn't it?)... The world has set you up to be fat and preventing you from losing weight.

   The dieting "methods" that society tells us will work NEVER do.  

   There IS a way to lose weight and keep it off.  I've come out of the "confused state" of not knowing what to do... I've gained the insight and knowledge that can only be gained from living through the experience...and now I'm going to teach you. 

 

The Myths Of Weight Loss That Are Keeping You Fat

 

   Myth #1:   Eat Less + Exercise More = Weight Loss

   For decades people have been saying, "The key to weight loss is simple.  Just eat less food and exercise more often." 

   Sounds logical right?  If you take in less calories and exercise more, that should equal weight loss...

   But it turns out that the human body is much more complex than that simple formula and that there are REAL, bio-chemical and SCIENTIFIC reasons why "eating less than you burn" just doesn't work.

   And not only does it not work, but it actually makes your body store fat over the longterm.

   Let me explain...

   When you eat less food, you are taking in less calories and very quickly, your body figures out that there are less calories coming in than before.

    Your body is a very advanced machine that has evolved over thousands of years to handle times when there were less calories coming in... in the past, this would signal that there is a drought or a famine.  And that meant that food was scarce.

   Your body's main objective is to survive during this time of famine and it does this by slowing down your metabolism so you burn fewer calories (it has to do this because your body thinks there aren't enough calories around to keep it alive)...

   So when you eat less calories, your body goes into "stavation mode" and ACTUALLY SLOWS DOWN YOUR METABOLISM! 

   This is a very bad thing. 

   When your metabolism slows down, you have less energy throughout your day to do all the things you need to do in life -- and that includes managing your emotions, using your brain effectively, and having energy to move.

   Think about the last time you were dieting...

    Were you easily frustrated and "snap" easily?... Did you maybe even yell or say something unkind to somebody you love and felt badly afterwards? 

   Could you think clearly?... Did you have a hard time concentration because your head was always foggy?

    Were you tired all the time?... Did you find it hard enough just to get thru the day, much less even get in a good workout?

   Every woman I've ever known that was dieting was definitely NOT her best self.  And now I understand WHY... because her body was in "survival mode" and her body was shutting everything down so she could conserve energy to stay alive.  

   There is a way to "train" your body to burn fat instead of storing it.  And it is much less painful than "eating less and exercising more". 

   There is a much better way...  

  Myth #2 - "Instant" Weight Loss Pills & Programs Can Get You Permanent Results

   Have you ever set a deadline for your weight loss?

    If there's a reunion or a special event coming up, then that's when most women get "serious" about losing weight and they are willing to do whatever it takes to drop the weight FAST.

   That's why there are so many different products and pills out there promising "30 pounds in 30 days"... or some other unrealistic goal.  They want us to believe that we can lose the weight FAST in time for that "deadline".

   Well, I've tried a lot of these "get skinny quick" methods... and even though they may appear to be different, they all have one thing in common...

   The weight always comes back.

   So what's really happening here?...

   Your fat cells are storage cells and they store a lot of water.  There ARE pills, and diets and  methods (like body wraps and dehydration) that will take out the water from your fat cells... so your fat cells will shrink temporarily.

    But the problem is that the fat cells are still there and they are just waiting to blow back up again. 

   The water loss is always a temporary thing, but when you step on a scale you will weigh less and you will look a little smaller... so this gives us the illusion that we have lost weight.

   So losing weight fast only shrinks your fat cells by pulling out water temporarily... they will blow back up again and the weight will always come back.

    There is a proven method for eliminating your fat cells so you lose weight forever and once these fat cells are gone, you will never get fat again.

  
Myth #3 - Blaming Genetics

   Of course we all like to tell ourselves that it's ALL about genetics-- If you're born with the skinny genes, you get to be skinny, and if you're born with the fat genes, then you're just meant to be fat, and there's nothing you can do about it.

   But that's not the truth either.

   If it were true then why are so many more people obese today than there used to be?

   According to a study by the Johns Hopkins School For Public Health, "The obesity rate in the United States has increased at an alarming rate over the past three decades"... by 2015, they estimate that 75% of Americans will be overweight.

   Evolution doesn't happen in one generation... scientists say our genetics haven't changed in 50,000 years.  We still have basically the SAME genetics that previous generations had...

   So why weren't they even close to being as fat as we are?

   And haven't you seen a "genetically thin" woman get fat?

   I've seen lots. 

   Obviously something is  going on here... and it's NOT something the big diet companies want you to know about.  They want you to believe it's all about genetics so when their products don't work, they have an "excuse" to sell you more.

   I’m not going to lie to you and say that genetics have NO impact on your weight . . . but I AM going to show you honestly how you can achieve your best body REGARDLESS OF YOUR GENETICS. 

   I have the worst genetics possible when it comes to gaining weight and storing fat.  My entire family has these same genetics, but I was able to BEAT MY GENETICS.

   I can teach you techniques of losing weight that are more powerful than your genetics...

   And once you understand these techniques and start down that path of losing weight the natural and healthy way, you will never get fat again.

   After more than 10 years of carefully studying women who have successfully lost weight (and going from clueless to very successful with weight loss myself) I've figured something out that has gone UNDETECTED (or at least UNDISCLOSED) by almost every "weight loss" and "fitness expert" on the planet. 

   The key to real weight loss... natural weight loss that does not rely on temporary quick fixes or false illusions... is to know the truths about why women gain weight in the first place.

    And once you know these truths, you will be able to turn them around in your life so you will start losing weight immediately.

   There are 3 reasons why women gain weight... and the third is the MOST dangerous, the MOST common... and the MOST mind-blowing.

    Chances are high that at least 1 (and probably all 3) of these reasons are why YOU are overweight as well.

  Truth #1.  You Are ADDICTED To The WRONG Foods

   The food that your grandmother was raised on and the food that you have been raised on is very different... in fact, it's so different that it's hard to even consider it food... it's more like "food products".

    The majority of the modern diet is made up of processed foods.  That means that machines have "altered" the food from it's original form and made a new food "product".

   These food "products" are sold in boxes, cans, and packages... and they are loaded with unnatural chemicals and preservatives that were never supposed to be part of the human diet. 

   So how does this affect you?

   Let me tell you a true story that will help explain...

    There was a tiger who lived in a zoo in China. 

    He never had to learn how to feed himself because he was raised in captivity, and every day someone would throw some food into his cage and he would eat it. 

    This tiger never knew anything different, because he was born in this zoo and every day, he just ate whatever was thrown into his cage. 

    One day, there was an electrical failure at the zoo, and all the electrical fences stopped working and the tiger was able to break free. 

    This zoo was not far from the tiger's natural habitat, so as soon as the tiger made it out of the zoo park, he was back in the forest and the park rangers were unable to find him.

   The tiger was free and living in his natural habitat for the first time in his life. 

    But he soon discovered that knowing what to eat and knowing how to get it is difficult, because no one had ever taught him how to hunt and forage for food on his own.  It's a skill that he'd never learned before. 

   After a few days, the tiger thinks, "This is too hard.  I can't live like this." 

    So the tiger went back to the zoo and back to his captors.  He chose to return to CAPTIVITY rather than learn to adapt.

   He lived his life in a cage, and got fatter and fatter from all the food that was thrown in every day.  

   What the tiger couldn't  know was that he couldn’t survive in the wild because he wasn’t used to eating a tiger’s natural diet – his diet had all been replaced with man-made, processed, chemically addictive foods.

    And he had become addicted to the taste, smell, and textures of these fake foods.  His taste buds didn't recognize or like his natural food because his senses were so use to the extreme stimulation that processed foods gave him.

   He was addicted... addicted enough to return to captivity so he could continue to eat them.

    He lived the rest of his life in that cage and he died very young without ever knowing the bliss of being a free, healthy tiger in his natural home and eating his natural diet.

   The end. 

   This is your story too.  You are the tiger.  But you don’t HAVE to live without ever knowing the bliss of being free and healthy…I can show you how to get there for GOOD.

    You were raised on food that is unhealthy and unnatural for you, that is man-made, and is highly addictive, and because it's just been thrown at you by your parents, grandparents and every one around you since you were an infant... 

   You have become addicted to it.

   Our bodies are designed to process natural food like whole grains, fruits and vegetables, and meat from fish and animals that live on the natural feed of their natural habitat.

   But just like the food that the zoo-keepers were feeding the tiger...  the processed foods and products of industrial agriculture are cheap, easy, and EVERYWHERE.

    It's the so called "food" that's being thrown to you.

    It's 90% of the "food" you see in your supermarket, nearly every chain-store restaurant (which is nearly every restaurant these days), it's in every airport and shopping mall, and in every public place... 

    You are in a cage built by the junk-food and fast-food companies around you, feeding you unhealthy, highly addictive, fattening foods that are making you fatter and fatter every year.

   I'm talking about

  • The chemicals in foods that make them cheap to store and ship but are wrecking your body
  • Highly processed foods like bleached white flour that is in most of our breads, pastas, cereals, and snacks

  • Meat from Animals that are fed on corn with man-made additives to increase the density of their fat content and make them grow faster instead of on their natural diet of grasses and other plants (this completely alters the chemistry of the meat that you are eating)
     
  •  "Super sugars" like high-fructose corn syrup that are in... well... almost everything

  • And too many more to even list-- but you can see them ALL in your grocery store

    Nutritionists call these processed foods "obesity-genic" because they have been shown to cause obesity.

    But what is worse... they are highly addictive.

   Okay, are you ready for some good news?... 

    The good news is that you can learn to feed yourself on healthy foods. 

    The tiger gave up too quickly because he didn't know any better.

    I too was in captivity for the first two decades of my life, and now I'm free.  I live in the forest and I know how to feed myself, and I live in bliss and freedom.

   I want you to have the same.

   I have found a way to break food additions that is easier than you ever imagined it could be. 

 
Truth #2.  Modern Convenience and Abundance Makes You Fat   

   Food is everywhere, and it’s offered in huge portions.  We associate food with rewards (chocolate) and fun (going out with friends) and we aren’t aware of the havoc we wreck on our bodies.   

   Let me explain... 

   Have you ever gone out to dinner with your friends because you want to catch up on some good "girl time"... but you leave the restaurant feeling disgusted with yourself because you ate too much?

   I mean how can you NOT eat too much?  The portion sizes at restaurants are HUGE and when you're just hanging out talking and enjoying your dinner with friends, it's easy to not pay attention and to just eat and eat until you look down and your whole plate is clean.

   Have you ever been shocked by just how much you can eat?  I have. 

   When the food arrives you think, "Oh my!  I could never eat all that food."  But the next thing you know, you’re talking and laughing . . . and your plate is empty.

    And it's so easy to overeat because everyone around you is doing it. 

   Your friends are doing it, your family is pushing you to do it, and the most popular restaurants all have huge portions and “extra value” meals with enough fat and sodium in them for a family of 4!

   We live in a culture that believes "more is more" and it seems like the more you have, the "better off" you are.  And everyone wants to think of themselves as being "well off".

   If you can go out to dinner and stuff yourself, that's what our modern culture considers "one of the finer things in life".  So everyone wants to do it.

   In today’s world, Gluttony = Success And Happiness  

   Yes.  Food is everywhere and there is lots of it.  For the first time in history, there is an abundance of food rather than a shortage.  And now we have a whole new category of problems to deal with like heart disease, diabetes and obesity.

    And even if you could control yourself to not overeat at every meal (which is a skill that you can learn),  there is still the matter of resisting food temptation when you need a little "pick me up".

    Have you ever been feeling down or depressed and you started craving ice cream or chocolate because you knew that it would "pick you up" and lift your mood?...

   Well, you're not alone.

   That's why there is ice cream and chocolate EVERYWHERE.  You can't rent a movie, pay for gas, or buy a cup of coffee without someone trying to sell you a sugar "escape". 

   And it's so easy to reach out and pick one up because you know that it will lift your mood and make you feel better... for a moment.  That's why it's so hard to stop this cycle, because it works and it's everywhere.

    How can you possibly get a better, fitter, healthier body when you are being tempted with convenient, fattening, unhealthy food choices all day, every day?  

   Imagine what it would feel like to walk by ice cream and chocolate... or cakes and cookies... or whatever your current "weakness" is... and not even be tempted to eat one? 

   This is how I live my life, and I've taught other women how to do it too.  Now, I want to show you how to get there. 

Truth #3.  DIETING IS CAUSING YOU TO GAIN WEIGHT

    That's right, DIETING is making you fatter.

   But how can that be?  You're dieting to stop the fat, right?

    Sure, but 50 years ago, dieting was MUCH less common than it is today.  In fact, today, dieting is a huge, multi-billion dollar industry that spends hundreds of millions of dollars ADVERTISING to get you to try more and more diets.  

   And when these diets fail (which they always do) then you are right back on the market searching for the next dieting scheme. 

   Dieting has become a "craze".  

   And yes, as insane as it sounds, it is making you FATTER

   Here's why...

   Once you start to drastically restrict your calories by following some fad diet, cutting out carbs, or taking diet pills, you may lose weight.  But your body quickly picks up on the fact that there is not enough calories coming in and so it responds by  lowering your metabolism.

   This is that "plateau" that you've probably experienced when you are dieting - when you were losing weight, but then suddenly it just stops.  Well, this means that your metabolism has adjusted to your new lifestyle of eating less calories.

   So you get fed up with dieting and not seeing any results, and you go back to your old lifestyle and eating the same amount of food and  calories that you were before.

   But now you have a slower metabolism that doesn't need all these calories... and so you get fatter.

  This is why you always gain back more weight than you originally lost.

   Now I just oversimplified this situation A LOT.  The reason I oversimplified it is because even the most brilliant bio-chemists and doctors in the world don't fully understand how the body goes through this process that prevents us from losing weight when we restrict calories...

    If they did, then your doctor would have the solution you are looking for and we'd ALL be thin and happy.

   Dieting doesn't work... it slows down your metabolism and causes major damage to your body, mind and spirit.  

   It's crazy to think that all this torture you put yourself through in the past by starving and depriving yourself... actually made you fatter.  

   Now that you know why it has never worked, you can start doing the right things.
